As the owner of Clarinda Clinic, he combines clinical excellence with genuine warmth, bringing a deeply human approach to every appointment. Patients appreciate his honest communication, clear explanations, and commitment to excellence, values he has embedded into the heart of Clarinda Clinic.
Dr Hong’s goal is simple: to make every patient feel understood and completely at ease. He knows many people carry anxiety, uncertainty, or past negative experiences about dental care, and he takes pride in creating an environment where patients feel heard, never rushed, and treated with respect. His philosophy centres on connection, kindness, honesty, and delivering care tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Dr Andrew is known for his gentle approach, his close attention to detail, and his ability to help even the most nervous patients feel comfortable. Beyond technical skill, he is recognised for building long-term relationships and partnering with patients to achieve healthy, confident smiles that positively impact their lives.
Outside the clinic, Dr Hong enjoys spending time in nature with his camera, staying active through fitness, and watching his favourite sports, especially cricket and rugby. He is also a proud father of two teenage boys.

Patients appreciate her calm presence, thoughtful communication, and the confidence she brings to even the most involved treatments.
Dr Snell’s goal is simple: to help every patient feel comfortable, respected, and truly looked after. She understands that dental visits can bring nerves or uncertainty, and she takes pride in creating a calm, supportive environment where patients feel listened to, informed, and understood. Her philosophy centres on empathy, clarity, and delivering care that meets each person exactly where they are.
Dr Jane is known for her gentle approach, her meticulous attention to detail, and her expertise across root canal therapy, dentures, children’s dentistry, and caring for older adults. Her commitment to ongoing learning ensures she continues to provide care aligned with the highest standards of the profession.
Outside of her professional life, Dr Snell is a devoted mother to two teenage boys. She enjoys bushwalking, reading, cross-stitch, patchwork, and spending weekends cheering on her sons at their sporting events.

This is seriously the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. They’re super friendly it’s a relaxed and beautiful environment the staff are amazing and knowledgeable and my dentist Dr Andrew Hong is amazing he’s so friendly and relaxed I usually am nervous when I see a dentist but it’s hard to be nervous around him he’s so positive and during my last appointment actually had me laughing so hard while he was trying to fix my teeth - that takes skills above just being an amazing dentist!
